We love to get your buckles/belts to you as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying them right away so we try to ship out within 1-2 days after receipt of payment. 

Shipping charges for up to 3 belts is a flat fee of $10.00 which includes insurance. If you need your order shipped sooner or internationally, please email us and we will calculate the costs depending on your location and how fast you need it.

We strive to provide an excellent, top-quality product.  Because our line is handmade, we are not able to offer refunds unless an item is defective, however we do offer exchanges within 30 days if you are not satisfied with the choice of your purchase. We cannot accept exchanges or returns on customized items.
